Electrichaos is what I’ve named my etsy store. In my spare time, I like to make things and some of them go up for sale on my etsy. It’s a lot of fun to design for yourself.
Branding
For the logo, i wanted something colorful and fun and I wanted to use a lighting bolt. I wanted it to look a little chaotic and imperfect, a little bit DIY (like my art desk). The ‘font’ is my own handwriting, slightly edited to look better.
I needed some business cards, but I just wanted them to be very simple and only include the url to my shop. I wanted the logo to stand out, so I created a black/grey pattern with the lightning bolt to go below it. On the back, I used a photo of some of the things I’ve made.
I had some stickers printed with the lightning bolt to include in orders or to stick on envelopes that i mail out.
This is hypothetical, but if I were to include custom tissue paper with my orders, It’d probably look something like this.
Collage Art Zines
I just like to make collages and tiny printed booklets, so i combined the two and made some art zines. They continue to sell on etsy since listing them probably about 10 years ago.
Letter Envelopes
I love sending and receiving mail, and I thought it’d be fun to design some envelopes with a few of my favorite thing – cats, stripes, and black + white.
Postcards
These are photos I’ve taken in Pittsburgh (out the window of an old apartment) and around New York City. The backs are stamped with address lines.
Magnets
A few magnets for the fridge – or wherever. These are a mix of digital and analog collage
