Mountain Dog Diet is a diet and training site started by John Meadows. He shares his knowledge of bodybuilding, dieting, and training, and also offers customized meal plans and workout programs. This is a freelance client that I've worked with ongoing for the past few years.

John wanted to get some Mountain Dog shirts printed and asked if I'd help. So, i redesigned the logo a bit and made a collage of extreme work out word to go on the back.
